Return Policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it is more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Due to the fact that From Abroad products are uniquely handcrafted, the products you buy can slightly vary. From Abroad will not receive returns due to any variation in color, size, or design. If you have a question about this, please email [email protected] and we will be happy to provide more details regarding our products. Returns will only be accepted if the products is damaged, and they may be returned for From Abroad website store credit only.

International Customers are responsible for customs fees within their own country.  Customs rates and taxes vary according to country.  Please review the customs fees that may be applied to your order before making your purchase. From Abroad is not responsible for customs fees related to the purchase of your From Abroad product.  Returns will not be accepted due to international customs fees.

To complete a return, we require that you provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (If applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned products and of the approval or rejection of your refund based on condition of product.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are damaged prior to use. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].


You are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
