    Wholesale Category
    Minimum opening order is $300.00 USD. Wholesale does not include shipping. No returns with the exception of damaged merchandise. (See Nature of Handcrafted Products Section Below)

    Orders
    Order confirmation happens after From Abroad has received an authorized sales order from the customer.

    After your application has been approved, we will send you your wholesale login information and a specific code for your business to place orders for products at wholesale pricing. You must be signed in to your account to view wholesale pricing terms.

    Minimum order standards apply. Wholesalers may order $1000 worth of product per month (30 days) via www.fromabroad.shop. If you would like to order larger volumes of particular product please email us at [email protected] for more information.

    Opening Orders
    Minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale orders is an invoice value of $300 or more unless otherwise stated. Initial orders must be paid for up front before items are shipped. As a wholesale partner, when you purchase your order at checkout, you will receive the wholesale rate. Please select a calculated, weight-based shipping rate at checkout.

    Re-Orders
    *MOQ for wholesaler re-order is $150. Late payments are subject to a 10% late fee for every 30 days past due.

    Markup All wholesale prices allow for at least an 80% keystone markup for retailers depending on order volume and order type.

    Backordered or Volume Ordering
    If the customer orders backordered items, a sales order is created for the purchase. If for any reason the sales order is cancelled From Abroad reserves the right to charge 25% of the order for a restocking-fee.

    Prices
    All prices are listed in US dollars. The prices are subject to change.

    Method of Payment
    From Abroad accepts payments with any major credit card.

    Delivery and Shipping
    Please allow up to 1 week for your order to ship. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. If the order is already paid, the wholesale shipping charge will be invoiced separately.

    We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment.

    Nature of Handmade products
    As our products are handcrafted, each product may vary slightly. From Abroad is not responsible for any products with slightly different variations than what appears on our www.fromabroad.shop website. If From Abroad fulfills an order and some of our handcrafted products are slightly different than what appear on our website (in size, design or color), there will be no returns.

    Damages
    Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact From Abroad at [email protected]. within 5 days of receipt of damaged shipments.

    Returns
    Damaged product may be returned for 100% refund or replacement of the damaged item. Damaged returns are accepted within 15 days of dispatch of goods.

    Returns for reasons other than products damaged should be discussed with the Product Sales & Wholesale Customer Service Coordinator.
